Coaching by DISC
如何帶好手下的人一直是當老闆以來常常煩惱的事,HR推薦我參加一個leveraging intellectual capital by coaching的課程,挺有幫助的。裡面介紹一個簡稱DISC的方法,把人在工作場所的個性風格依照Active vs Passive及Task- vs Friendship-oriented分成四種組合:
Active + Task -> Dominance
Active + Friend -> Influence
Passive + Friend -> Steadiness
Passive + Task -> Compliance
首先分析自己的屬性,然後根據這四種個性的屬下調整自己的風格來引導他們,比方說,D屬性的人就要簡單明確告訴他目標,不要囉唆細節;S屬性的,就要給予鼓勵,多傾聽。當然每個人都無法簡單分類,所以一個人可能會傾向其中的兩到三個屬性,就要混合不同技巧。當然說來容易,運用上還是得先調整自己,不要老是用同樣的方法對所有的人。
