Set default Zoom for Excel

One of the many stupid design in Office for Mac is the zoom setting. No matter how big is your monitor or resolution, the default is 100%, which is very small to see. This post provides a nice trick to set a better default zoom when creating new workbook/sheet in Excel. Although it still doesn't help when opening an existing excel file, it's at least a step better.
